31. Joung (2008) is a study of web DB subscription in Korea. According to Joung (2008), when there are more than 20,000 users the subscription fee is KRW 25,000,000; for 10,000 - 20,000 users it is KRW 20,000,000; for 7,000 - 10,000 users it is KRW 15,000,000; for 3,000 - 7,000 users it is KRW 10,000,000; and for less than 3,000 users it is KRW 5,000,000. In this example, when users subscribe to the same DB, it can be reported as 'subscription fee / number of service recipients' and it would be considered as being on a similar level in an evaluation.
32. If the sub DB has been purchased as a separate item, it can be included in the statistics. Other items that are automatically added or included for free as a form of bundle should not be included in an evaluation.
