    • It is known that the conductivity of ITO electrodes can be changed by heating above 400 °C. According to the reviewer's suggestion, we measured the conductivity-change of ITO electrodes in W300, W350, W400 and W500 using a four point probe system (Changmin Tech). The resistivities of ITO electrodes of W300, W350 and W400 were unchanged within experimental error range (25 ± 1 Ω/□). In comparison, in case of ITO electrode of W500, the resistivity was increased to 36 Ω/□
