For the alcohol-assisted sample we present experimental results for 84 different (n, m) SWNTs, including Eii values for E22S, E11M (lower branch), E33S and E44S. For the water-assisted sample we present experimental values for 176 different (n, m), including Eii values for E11S, E22S, E11M (lower branch), E11M (higher branch), E33S, E44S, E22M (lower branch), E22M (higher branch), E55S and E66S.
