    • Crystal data for the (salan)Cr(III)dimer: C69H122Cr2N4O14.50S, M = 1375.77, colorless plate, 0.10 x 0.10 x 0.01 mm3, triclinic, space group P-1(No.2), a = 11.693(14), b = 18.11(2), c = 22.16(3) Å, α = 66.192(16), β = 83.004(17), γ = 74.907(16)°, V = 4144(9) Å3, Z =2, Dc = 1.103 g/cm3, F000 = 148 8, CCD area detector, MoKα radiation, λ = 0.710 69 Å, T = 110(2)K, 2θmax = 50.0°, 30231 reflections collected, 13272 unique (Rint = 0.1768). Final GooF = 1.007, R1=0.0782, wR2=0.1714, R indices based on 4239 reflections with I 2sigma(I) (refinement on F2), 804 parameters, 84 restraints. Lp and absorption corrections applied, p = 0.343 mm-1. Disordered solvent (water) molecules were seen in the channels that are coincident with the a-axis. The disordered solvent molecules were flattened (Squeezed) and excluded from the final Fourier synthesis (PLATON, 2009).14b
