    • In fact, we fix the number of photons n exchanged with the laser field in HATI process, so that Ep =nω- Ip - Up is approximately equal to 58.5?eV?8.3 Up. Since the ionization energies Ip of N2 and O2 are different, while the laser intensity and wavelength are fixed, the number n is different for N2 and O2.
