18. In order to compare with the 2D quantum calculations, the semiclassical results were obtained for 2D geometry. The generalization of the model to 3D is obvious. We found that 3D semiclassical calculations give angular distributions in the (x,y) plane almost identical to the 2D ones. The quantum calculation in 3D, however, is beyond the scope of this work.
