The current recommendations from ACOG are extensive and informative and easily understood. They are also very up-to-date.

Everyone might not think so, but the recommendations from Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) are an interesting contrast to ACOG in understanding management of maternal HSV in developed nations.
