It is worth noticing that the linear-in- T contribution observed in Ref. shows a carrier-density dependence not captured by ordinary electron-phonon scattering. This dependence is compatible with the Koshino-Taylor contribution due to out-of-plane fluctuations and unscreened Coulomb scatterers.
