    • Association of the ADAM33 gene with asthma and bronchial hyperresponsiveness
    • This paper describes the first asthma candidate gene to be identified by classical positional cloning approaches. There have been a number of replications of associations seen with this gene, although the functionally important polymorphisms responsible for this effect at this locus remain to be defined.
