    • All enhancement factors used in the study were normalized to one with respect to the enhancement for ITO at a gap of 400 nm based on the consideration that in the case of metals, their un-normalized enhancements are nearly equal (but not one due to the calculation method) within a deviation less than 1% at the gap of 400 nm, being independent of the type of metal. (The un-normalized enhancement of ITO at the gap of 400 nm is smaller by about two times compared to metals.)
