    • The Kondo temperature is obtained by fitting the dI/dV spectra with the Fano model dI dV (q+ ε′) 2 1+ ε′2 and ε′ = (ε-α) k TK. Hereby, α is the energy position of the Kondo resonance and q an asymmetry parameter describing the coupling to the tip wave function.
