    • Procedure for DNA ligation experiments. After incubation of pUC19 plasmid DNA with complex 7c (0.107 mM) for 6 h at 37 °C, the cleavage fragments (Form II and Form III) were purified on a G-25 column, then were incubated with 10 U of T4 ligase at 15 °C for 28 h in the buffer provided by the supplier. The reaction products were resolved on an agarose gel adopting the same method described above.
