    • As in Ref. 28 the estimates of the wave velocities were not corrected for the change in the sample thickness caused by thermal expansion. As well, the error caused by the fact that during the reverberation period the wave travels, first, through the compressed sample as an unloading wave, and second, through the unloaded sample as a compressive wave was ignored.
