    • When the temperature decreases, the electrons after the absorption of photons can be easily excited from the ground state to the vibrational level without skipping to the other electronic state and reversing the phonon emission to the ground state. Sequentially, the carriers relax to the lowest vibrational levels and then luminescence occurs from this vibrational level. This process results in the decrease in nonradiative recombination to increase the luminescence intensity
