Families and work
-
Jane Lewis has published widely on family policies, welfare regimes and gender issues in relation to social policies. Philip Noden is a Research Fellow in the Department of Social Policy at the London School of Economics. His main area of research relates to education and particularly to schools. Sophie Sarre's primary research area is families and social policy. She has also carried out evaluations of services managed by the Department for Work and Pensions, the Department for Education and Skills and the Family Welfare Association. She has a developing interest in research methods.
