    • The three ΘE values have been estimated from the IR spectroscopy to be ≈160, 350, and 710 K. The first value corresponds to the heaviest metal cation (In), the second belongs to Cu, and the third to V with increasing contributions of oxygen (ratio 1:1.667:2.333). In the very low-temperature limit (below 12 K), we obtained ΘD =268 K from a linear fit to cP / T2. In order to describe the phonon contribution to the specific heat in the whole temperature range, we combine the Debye and Einstein contributions using the following weights cphon = c ΘD +0.333 c ΘE1 +0.8 1.667 c ΘE2 +2.333 c ΘE3.
