    • One finds that in the low-dimensional HAFs the impurity spin states may interact strongly via the AF background of the host spin lattice [3,4]. This may explain a relatively large value of the Curie-Weiss temperature Θ = 10 K of the uncompensated spins in InCu 2 / 3 V 1 / 3 O 3.
