It should be mentioned that, if the same DFT/B3LYP calculations are performed using the ANO-RCC-VDZP basis set, including scalar relativistic effects, the 13B2 state will appear 0.10 eV below the 1A1 ground state. The energy difference for the 1 3B1 state is +0.03 eV
