A lower bound on concurrence for bipartite 23 -dimensional systems was provided in Ref., and a straightforward generalization of the lower bound for arbitrary bipartite states was written down in Ref.. In this paper, we provide a detailed proof of this generalization. Furthermore, with the help of the generators of the rotation group, we make the expression clearer but simpler than the former.
