    • 3Cl (2.0 mg)/N-alkylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate (0.4 g), styrene (2.5 mmol) and triethoxysilane (3.0 mmol) were charged into a glass reactor, and then closed under air. The reactor was heated to 90 °C for 5 h. After cooling to room temperature, the product was separated from the catalyst/ionic liquid phase by decantation. The conversion of styrene and the selectivity were determined by GC-MS.
