    • Novel taxoids from the Chinese yew Taxus yunnanensis, containing xyloside at position 7 of the taxoid backbone as well as a glucoside at position 10, were reported recently. Indeed, the majority of natural taxoid glycosides have been found to be xylosides, all of them attached to C-7: [21a] S.-H. Li, H.-J. Zhang, X.-M. Niu, P. Yao, H.-D. Sun, H. H. S. • The tetrabutylammonium fluoride (TBAF) buffered solution (pH = 7) for mild silyl ether cleavage consisted of TBAF/AcOH/THF (266 mg/0.151 mL/8.4 mL). Glycobaccatin 29 showed no activity in stabilizing microtubuli, nor did it exert antitumor activity.
