35. Some of the samples have been processed to reduce the cap layer thickness in order to change the internal electrostatic potential distribution and to reduce parallel conductance. Despite a significant improvement, the parallel conductance cannot be completely suppressed due to the experimental illumination conditions.
36. 1 electron density at low temperatures oscillates around a constant value with the magnetic field. The oscillations almost disappear at 4 K, but the overall density does not change in this temperature range.
