arXiv:0712.2041.By analyzing the small z expansion of hmn(z)= G(z,z′)smn(z′)dz′d4x, one can show the coefficient of the z2 term equals that of the z<2 term, provided that smn(z′) contains no z′0 and z′2 terms. The latter condition is satisfied by the sources considered in this paper. The t>0 condition is included in the theta function.
