We note also that the problem of finding communities in a network is somewhat ill-posed, since we haven't defined precisely what a community is. A number of definitions have been proposed in [8,31] and in G. W. Flake, S. R. Lawrence, C. L. Giles, and F. M. Coetzee, IEEE Trans. Comput. 35, 66 (2002), but none is standard.
