Female receptivity, embryonic diapause and superfoetation in the European badger (Meles meles): Implications for the reproductive tactics of males and females
-
Hannah Dugdale conducted this research as part of her DPhil supervised by David Macdonald. Lisa Pope supervised the molecular work and holds a postdoctoral position at the University of Sheffield. Paul Johnson ran the permutation tests and advised upon the statistical analysis; he is a statistician at the Wildlife Conservation Research Unit (WildCRU). This study was initiated and led by David Macdonald, who heads the WildCRU at the University of Oxford, and Terry Burke, who heads the molecular ecology laboratory at the University of Sheffield.
