    • Ref.l A Linkam THMS600 heating stage was used to control the ambient temperature and the Raman spectra were recorded from 323 K to 823 K, with the protection of N2. We used low-power Ar+ laser (514 nm, 1 mW) instead of UV laser as exciting light to avoid additional heating on the sample. The result showed that all the studied Raman peaks exhibit simple linear decreases with increasing temperature
