This is the most recent publication of a prospective multicenter study demonstrating the efficacy of the fluocinolone acetonide implant in patients with noninfectious uveitis. At 34 weeks follow-up, uveitis recurrences were significantly reduced, visual acuity improved, and adjunctive therapy decreased.
