Spectral power densities are given in unit Vl √Hz. The total power in watts can be obtained by integration over the square of the spectral power density and dividing by 50 Ω which is the impedance of the system.

We want to point out that Hanle-type studies using very weak optical pumping even show longer spin relaxation times in. slightly different GaAs systems Refs. 12 and 13, Heating and the creation of holes do not rule out other experimental techniques than spin noise spectroscopy at these temperatures, but will probably rule out some techniques for significantly lower temperatures
