    • 50 values. Each concentration of each individual compound was tested in triplicate in a single experiment, with each experiment being repeated 3-7 times. After 72 h of incubation with tested compounds, 20 μL of MTT solution (MTT: stock solution: 5 mg/mL) was added to each well and incubated for 4 h at 37 °C. After this incubation, 80 μL of the lysis mixture was added to each well (lysis mixture: 225 mL dimethylformamide, 67.5 g sodium dodecyl sulphate, and 275 mL of distilled water). The optical densities of the samples were read after an incubation of 24 h at 570 nm.
