10. 3). In fact, many other N-substituents were surveyed across this series. In each case though, the N,N-dimethyl analogs were the most potent. For the sake of brevity, we only include these in this report (Table 1). Because some members of series 9-10 possesssed significantly higher hSERT potency, the entire range of substituents is presented in Table 2.
