20. 29Si NMR spectrum peaks were found at -100.1, -100.4, -100.6, -105.1, -105.3 and -107.5 ppm in approximate ratio 2:1:2:1:5:1. The presence of further less intense peaks can not be excluded. The peak at -105.3 ppm may arise from 2 and four of the other peaks may be due to the four alternative isomers. The origin of further peaks, however, is not clear yet.
