The relative intensity I2nd 1st of the second harmonic to the fundamental behind the Al filter is given by I2nd st =I (0)2nd 1st Tr2nd 1st, where I (0)2nd 1st is the relative intensity of the second harmonic to the fundamental in the FEL radiation and Tr2nd 1st is the relative transmission of the second harmonic to the fundamental through the Al filter.
