Katrin Kellner is a PhD student at the 'Evolution, Behaviour and Genetics' laboratory, University of Regensburg. She is interested in reproductive strategies of tropical ants. Andreas Trindl works in the same group as technical assistant. He is interested in phylogeny and population genetic of ants. Jürgen Heinze is the head of the Regensburg group and studies reproductive conflict, population biology and ecology of ants. Patrizia D'Ettorre has been a post-doc in Heinze's group. Now she is at the Centre for Social Evolution, University of Copenhagen. She is interested in reproductive conflict and communication strategies of social insects.
