A group of untreated mice received only the vehicle and a group of mice was treated orally with chloroquine (10 mg/kg). Each group was composed of five animals. On day 4, parasitemia was determined on a blood smear stained with Diff Quick reagent and mean of parasitemia ± standard deviation was determined for each group. Percentage of parasite growth.
