    • The components of QDs film have been stated to seriously affect the ECL signal. In our experience, fast electron transfer between QDs and electrodes should be guaranteed and entrance to the analytes should also be expedited to obtain an efficient ECL. The proposed method could resolve this difficulty and give a sensitive and stable ECL signal dependent on the analyte concentration
