    • CDK1/Cyclin B kinase assay procedure: Add 3000 nM, 300 nM, and 30 nM of tested compounds to the wells, respectively, and incubate for 30 min at 30 °C. Wash the wells with wash buffer. Add 100 μL of Anti-phospho Cdc7 T376 Monoclonal Antibody TK-3H7, incubate for 30 min at room temperature. Wash the wells with wash buffer again. Add 100 μL of HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG, incubate for 30 min at room temperature. Wash the wells with wash buffer again. Add 100 μL of substrate reagent and incubate for 5-15 min at room temperature. Add 100 μL of stop solution. Measure absorbance at 450 nm.
