13. Although labeling experiment using 2,2H-BSL has not been reported, we have demonstrated. After treated with DTT, 2,2H-BSL was added to a solution of the mutant TnC (S94C) in 10 mM MOPS buffer (pH 8.5). Immediately, a lot of white precipitation appeared.
