    • Additional fits involving inclusion of a positive band to account for the collective MCD contributions of higher-energy states and thereby better reproduce the second (negative) excitonic MCD feature yielded Zeeman splittings within the error bars provided in Table 1, demonstrating that the analysis is relatively insensitive to the details of the fitting procedure.
