    • There is no singularity in Eq. when q 0 → ω0 since the total electric field Eq decreases rapidly approaching zero due to perfect screening effect in this limit. However, when the condition ∫ ω0 -q 0 ∫ q F is not satisfied the hydrodynamic model used here is not applicable and the nonlocal effects of Landau damping should be included into the theory, see A.
