J Affect Disord 2005; 88:269-278. A close review of interest in which the authors suggest that adherence to treatment might have been better in these patients because they were involved in randomized trials. It could also be that those with severe personality disorder might be preferentially excluded in such trials. This study also reinforces the view that pharmacotherapy may be more effective than psychotherapy in treating those personality disorders.
