    • In Ref. [41] Hotta et al. performed tensile stress relaxation experiments at different temperatures using SIS copolymers with styrene contents of 14% and 17%. The samples were extended to 125% of their original length at temperatures between 4 °C and 90 °C.

    • n = 200,000. The styrene content of Kraton 102 and SB 40/160 was determined to be about 33% and 20%, respectively. The dynamical mechanical properties of the two block copolymers were measured on twin specimens of different sizes in different temperature regions, to obtain best results. Measurements with specimens A and C were made at temperatures between -60 °C and 30 °C with frequencies from 25 to 798 Hz, while measurements with specimens B were made for temperatures between 30 °C and 130 °C at frequencies from 25 to 1260 Hz. The dynamic measurements on SB 40/160 were made on twin specimens S at temperatures between -9.9 °C and 5.5 °C and at frequencies between 250 and 2500 Hz, as well as on specimens M at temperatures between 9.1 °C and 78.5 °C at the same frequencies.

    • In Ref. [43] Beecher et al. performed dynamic mechanical experiments on SIS copolymers with a molecular weight of 130,000 and a styrene content of 22%. Measurements were made by subjecting the samples to a sinusoidal tensile strain with a constant strain amplitude of 2.5%. The stress on the sample and the phase angle between stress and strain were measured at frequencies from 0.001 Hz to 10 Hz and at temperatures from -50 to 80 °C.
