33. The error bars in Fig. 4 show the statistical errors of the measured values. In the low-temperature region, these were dominated by the deviation of the support loss in most cases. The error bars do not include the differences between the substrate loss in each sapphire disk. The effect of these differences was small because the evaluated coating loss angles of the four samples in Fig. 4 were almost the same.
