Habitat fragmentation impacts on epiphyllous bryophyte communities in central Amazonia
-
The authors are members of the plant conservation group in the School of Geography and Environmental Studies. Emma Pharo and Perpetua Turner share an interest in bryophyte ecology, management and conservation, and have focused on bryophyte response to large-scale disturbances, such as logging and fire. Jamie Kirkpatrick, Louise Gilfedder and Louise Mendel have long-standing interests in the ecology, management and conservation of the vascular plants of Tasmania. The species-rich grasslands and woodlands of the Tasmanian Midlands have been a special focus for Jamie Kirkpatrick and Louise Gilfedder for the past 15 years. Editor: David Bowman
