    • For the purposes of this paper, knowledge is defined as: Knowledge is an individual or group capacity developed through formal learning and experience to understand cause & effect relationship. This capacity consents them to interpret, evaluate and translate data related to a stated problem or objective(s) pursued into meaningful information which enables an effective action. In consideration of this definition, what can be transferred are data (which are objective) and not knowledge (which is subjective). Data can become information in consideration of context in which receiver is going to make a decision and existing knowledge of the receiver (knowledge absorption capacity). Information can after that becomes new knowledge through process of learning. Here I use the notion of knowledge just to be in line with a major part of the literature
