    • Molecular pedigree analysis in natural populations of fishes: Approaches, applications and practical considerations
    • Christophe Herbinger works in the Departments of Biology and Mathematics and Statistics at Dalhousie University. He is interested in the interface of molecular and statistical tools with quantitative genetics, and its application to aquatic and forestry populations. He maintains an active interest in reconstructing pedigrees from DNA marker data and using this pedigree information for inference in natural populations. Patrick O'Reilly is a Research Scientist at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Canada. He is primarily interested in the conservation and ecological genetics of fishes. Eric Verspoor is with the conservation and restoration group at the Freshwater Laboratory, Fisheries Research Services, Pitlochry Scotland. He is interested in the phylogeography, population genetics and conservation genetics of salmonids.
