11. raft changes from 0.325 to 0.245, and we follow exactly the same composition change in our simulations. Throughout the experiment, the GUVs are exposed to radiation which usually causes a small increase in temperature (∼2-3°C) at the end of the experiment. We took this temperature increase into account by changing the value of our phenomenological Flory-Huggins parameter, τ.
