Some of the data are to be found in "Food for Thought" sustainable food production in the 21st century for the consumer. Booklets can be obtained from Aventis Crop Science who financed the whole 10 year investigation although all data was collected by universities and institutes. Some of the data is published in Higginbotham et al., 2000).
