    • When the difference is obtained with the on-resonance and off-resonance spectra being scaled at the Zn 3d peak, we get another broad feature between ∼4 and ∼8 eV BE, which is ascribed to the O 2p states hybridized to the Co 3d states. Here we focus on the resonating feature, which has mainly pure Co 3d electron character, but is little hybridized to the O 2p states.
