J. Sapirstein and K.T. Cheng (private communication). A similar result has been given by the same authors in Ref. with a slightly lower transition energy (280.34 eV). The difference was due mainly to the use of Coulomb basis functions there for the sake of term by term comparison with Ref., which led to large uncertainties in three or more photon exchange corrections. The new number quoted here was calculated consistently with Kohn-Sham basis functions with negligible higher-order correlation corrections.
