    • In preparing the revised version of this manuscript we become aware about the dissociation and desorption of single chlorobenzene molecule on Si (111) -7×7 surface by P. A. Sloan and R. E. Palmer, Nature (London) 434, 367 (2005). In this paper a two-electron mechanism was proposed which couples vibrational excitation and dissociative electron attachment forming temporary negative-ion state.
